Return & Refund Policy
At MAGZO, we want customers to feel confident when purchasing our magnetic screen doors, mesh products, fabric and cotton products, insulated door curtains, cellular shades, aluminum frame products, and custom-made home solutions.
Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order on MAGZO Official Store, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Return requests submitted after 30 calendar days from delivery may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- All original accessories, parts, manuals, inserts, and tags must be included.
- Proof of purchase must be provided, such as an order number, receipt, or order confirmation email.
MAGZO reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or personalized products, unless there is a quality defect.
- Used, installed, altered, or improperly handled items.
- Items damaged due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
- Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse by the customer.
- Clearance items, gift cards, or items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
For custom-made products, MAGZO may contact customers by email to confirm product size, order details, or other required information before production. Please check your email regularly after placing an order, including your inbox, spam folder, and promotions folder.
Failure to respond to confirmation emails in a timely manner may result in production or shipment delays.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping cost responsibility depends on the reason for the return.
For returns due to buyer’s remorse, including wrong size selection, change of mind, no longer needed, or incorrect measurements provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For returns caused by defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect items, MAGZO will cover the return shipping costs after the issue is reviewed and approved.
For buyer’s remorse returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. MAGZO is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount for returns classified as buyer’s remorse.
This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, handling, and restocking costs.
No restocking fee will be charged for returns caused by defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect items confirmed by MAGZO.
Return Process
To request a return, please follow the steps below:
- Contact MAGZO customer support at seller@magzo.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Our support team will review your request.
- If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, a Return Merchandise Authorization number, and the applicable return address.
- Please securely package the item and include the required return confirmation information.
- Ship the item according to the return instructions provided by MAGZO.
Please do not send any item back without prior authorization.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be rejected and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
Please do not ship returns directly to our business address unless MAGZO specifically instructs you to do so.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at seller@magzo.com.
Exchange requests are reviewed based on product availability, return eligibility, product condition, and order details.
In most cases, exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new order. MAGZO may also offer a direct exchange at its discretion.
Custom-made products are not eligible for exchange unless there is a confirmed quality defect or order error caused by MAGZO.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Please include the following information when contacting us:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem
- Photos of the packaging, if the package was damaged during transit
After reviewing the issue, MAGZO may arrange a replacement, repair solution, return, or refund depending on the specific situation.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Inspection and approval are usually completed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
After approval, refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If a restocking fee, return shipping cost, address correction fee, redelivery fee, or other applicable deduction applies, the final refund amount will reflect the deduction.
Address Errors and Return-Related Fees
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete order information, including product size, delivery address, phone number, and email address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer causes delivery failure, redelivery, rerouting, address correction, package return, or other logistics-related issues, additional fees may apply.
These fees may include address correction fees, redelivery fees, rerouting fees, return shipping fees, or other carrier-related charges. The final amount may vary depending on the destination country, region, carrier policy, and actual delivery situation, and shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, import fees, or failure to complete customs clearance requirements, the original shipping cost and any return-related expenses may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
MAGZO is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or return costs caused by customs clearance issues beyond our control.
