1. Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

Orders require quality inspection and packaging. Customized products also need production. If your order hasn't shipped after 5 days, please contact customer service for inquiries.

Due to uncontrollable factors such as customs clearance, weather, flights, or holidays, shipping time may be extended. If it exceeds 5 days from the estimated time, please contact us for assistance.

You can contact customer service to modify the address before the order is shipped. Once shipped, it cannot be changed. You are responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect addresses or no one signing for the package.

Please contact seller@magzo.com and provide your order number and relevant information (such as pictures). We will resend it to you.
