Shipping Policy
At MAGZO, we provide shipping for magnetic screen doors, mesh products, fabric and cotton products, insulated door curtains, cellular shades, and aluminum frame products.
Shipping methods, production time, transit time, and shipping fees may vary depending on the product type, package size, and destination.
Please note that the estimated shipping time below refers to transit time only and does not include production time.
Production Time
Most MAGZO products require 3–7 days for production and order preparation before shipment.Production time is counted in business days and may exclude weekends, public holidays, and peak-season delays.
For custom-made products, production time may vary depending on product specifications, order quantity, and seasonal order volume.
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email.
Order Cut-off Time
Orders are usually processed after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Beijing Time, on weekends, or during public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Fabric, Mesh & Cotton Products
This category includes products made mainly from mesh fabric, cotton, soft materials, or compressible structures.
Applicable products may include magnetic screen doors, custom magnetic screen doors, thermal door curtains, cotton door curtains, visible magnetic insulated door curtains, fabric-based window screens, and flexible home accessories.
Shipping Availability
Fabric, mesh, and cotton products can be shipped to all countries and regions currently available at checkout.

Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii
For fabric, mesh, and cotton products shipped to Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii, the shipping terms are as follows:
Production time: 3–7 days
Transit time: 7–15 days
Additional fee: $39.99 USD remote area delivery surcharge
This additional surcharge applies due to higher logistics costs for these regions.
Please note:Aluminum frame products cannot be shipped to Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii.
Aluminum Frame & Structural Products
This category includes products with aluminum alloy frames, oversized components, structural packaging, or products that require special shipping due to size and packaging requirements.
Applicable products may include aluminum frame door systems, aluminum folding or sliding doors, retractable screen door systems with aluminum structure, pleated screen door systems, cellular door shades, cellular window shades, aluminum-framed cellular window products, and large-size custom structural products.

United Kingdom Shipping Note
Aluminum frame products can be shipped to the United Kingdom.
For UK orders, the maximum supported package length is 300 cm on the longest side.
Shipping fees for UK aluminum frame products will be calculated based on the applicable tax-inclusive shipping rate. The final shipping cost may vary depending on product size, package dimensions, and delivery address.
If you are unsure whether your order can be shipped to your address in the United Kingdom, please contact us before placing your order. If there are any issues related to product size, package dimensions, or the delivery address, MAGZO will contact you as soon as possible during order processing.
Aluminum Frame Product Delivery Time
For aluminum frame and structural products, the production time is 3–7 days.
For orders shipped to the United States mainland and the selected European countries listed above, the estimated transit time is usually 30–45 days.
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, the estimated transit time is usually 45–60 days.
Aluminum frame products are usually shipped by sea freight due to product size, package dimensions, and transportation requirements.
Please note that the estimated transit time above does not include production time.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Please allow several business days for carrier tracking updates to appear after shipment. If you experience tracking issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping fee unless a tax-inclusive shipping rate is specifically applied at checkout or confirmed for the order.
For orders where a tax-inclusive shipping rate is applied, the shipping fee will follow the applicable tax-inclusive logistics rate shown or confirmed for the order.
MAGZO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, import fees, or failure to complete customs clearance requirements, the original shipping cost and any return-related expenses may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout, including the recipient name, phone number, full delivery address, postal code, and a valid email address that can receive order notifications.
MAGZO is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping addresses, incomplete address information, refused packages, failure to complete customs clearance requirements, or unavailable delivery service in restricted areas.
If an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer requires an address change, redelivery, rerouting, or package return, additional fees may apply. These fees may include address correction fees, redelivery fees, rerouting fees, or other carrier-related charges. The final amount may vary depending on the destination country, region, carrier policy, and actual delivery situation, and shall be the responsibility of the customer.
For custom-made products, MAGZO may contact customers by email to confirm product size, order details, delivery address, or other required information. Please check your email regularly after placing an order, including your inbox, spam folder, and promotions folder.
If there are any issues related to product size, address information, shipping restrictions, or other order details, MAGZO will contact the customer by email as soon as possible. Failure to respond to confirmation emails in a timely manner may result in production, shipment, or delivery delays.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately so we can assist you as soon as possible.
Fulfillment Locations
MAGZO orders may be shipped from different fulfillment locations depending on product type, inventory availability, customization requirements, and destination country.
Some standard products may be shipped from our U.S. fulfillment warehouse in Houston, Texas.
Custom-made products may be processed and shipped from our customization and dispatch location in Dongguan, Guangdong, China.
Some products may be manufactured by our production facility in Bozhou, Anhui, China.
The actual shipping origin may vary by order. These locations are used for production, warehousing, customization, and order fulfillment only. They are not return addresses and are not open for customer visits.
