Production and delivery time


📌Customized products are made to order and are not in stock. Production time does not include shipping time.


Transportation methods and costs

We offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery (free shipping) and Express Delivery (charged by region), which you can choose according to your needs.

📌 Special Notes:

  1. Expedited shipping is only available to some remote areas in the US (such as Puerto Rico, Hawaii, etc.) and some countries.
  2. Expedited shipping fees will be automatically adjusted based on the region (as shown on the order page).

Total Delivery Time Explanation

Total Order Delivery Time = Production/Processing Time + Shipping Time

📌 Example:

Standard Products: 2 days processing + shipping time

Customized Products: 5 days production + shipping time

Special Notes for Customized Products

All customized products are made to order. Please confirm the size information is correct before placing your order.

📌 Note:

- Size errors are not considered quality issues.

- Returns and exchanges are not supported for issues caused by measurement errors.

- Customized products are typically produced within 24 hours of order placement. Sizes and specifications can be modified before production begins. Once production starts, sizes and specifications cannot be changed.
